Accessibility Statement

Our commitment to making this website usable by as many people as possible, and how to tell us when it is not.

Our commitment

Devon GP Collaborative CIC wants as many people as possible to be able to use this website. That means you should be able to change colours and contrast, zoom in without text spilling off the screen, navigate the site using only a keyboard, and use a screen reader.
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.1 at level AA.

Telling us about a problem

If you find something on this site you cannot access, or you need information in a different format such as large print or an accessible PDF, email dcb.admin@nhs.net and tell us what you need. We will reply and do what we reasonably can to help.

Enforcement

The Equality and Human Rights Commission enforces the accessibility regulations. If you are unhappy with how we respond to your complaint, contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service.
Before publication this statement needs completing. Still to do: an accessibility audit of the site to identify and list any parts that are not currently compliant, with a plan and date for fixing them; a statement of how compliant the site is, in the wording the regulations require; and the dates the statement was prepared and last reviewed. A statement that claims full compliance without an audit behind it creates more risk than it removes.
